UNIVERSITY OF VICTORIA HOCKEY CLUB TO HOST TRU WOLFPACK AT SAVE-ON-FOODS MEMORIAL CENTRE NEXT SATURDAY

Victoria, BC – The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that the University of Victoria Hockey Club will host their final regular season game of the 2010/11 season at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre Saturday, March 5^th when they take on Thompson Rivers University.

The BC Intercollegiate Hockey League game will be a part of the Salmon Kings’ Hockey Day in Canada theme on March 5^th with puck drop scheduled for 2PM. Tickets for the UVIC game are just $5 and all attendees may purchase a Salmon Kings ticket for that evening for only $10! For all Salmon Kings season’s ticket holders, admission is by donation!

Fans taking in both games can redeem their ticket stubs and save. Sopranos Karaoke Bar & Grill will be providing $10 pitchers of Sopranos Lager, 40-cent wings and an $8 beer, burger and fries combo. Following the UVIC game, there will be a complimentary shuttle to the Strathcona Hotel for ticket holders while Club 919 will be offering free cover to all those with ticket stubs to the Salmon Kings game versus the Utah Grizzlies.

Tickets will be available at the UVSS Info Booth in the Student Union Building at UVIC. Tickets will also be available to season’s ticket holders at the Season Ticket Information Booth outside Kings Corner at their February 26^th game as well as at the door next Saturday.
